1. Overview
YCK-P5 type (original SG-A type) pressure differential switch is suitable for two-line centralized lubrication systems with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. It controls the reversing valve or monitors the lubrication system. It uses the pressure difference between the two pipelines to send electrical signals. When the pressure difference reaches 5MPa, a signal is sent to control the direction of the reversing valve or monitor the lubrication system. It is generally installed at the end of the two main pipelines of the terminal-type dual-line centralized lubrication system.
5. Working principle
The valve body and travel switch of the differential pressure switch are assembled on a base plate.Dry thin oil lubricationUnder the action of pressure, the grease enters the right cavity of the piston of the pressure differential switch valve body from the main pipe B, and the main pipe A is unloaded. Once the pressure difference between the two main pipelines reaches 5 MPa, the piston moves to the left against the spring force in the left chamber, and pushes the travel switch to close contacts 1 and 2, and sends a pulse signal to the system electric control box to order the reversal. The valve reverses direction. At this time, the main pipe A is under pressure and B is unloaded. The piston is centered under the action of the springs in the two end chambers. The travel switch contacts 1 and 2 are disconnected and the contact bridge is in the neutral position. The system starts the second cycle of work. Once the pressure difference between main pipe A and B reaches 5MPa again, the piston moves to the right, the travel switch contacts 3 and 4 are closed, and the pulse signal causes the reversing valve in the system to change direction again, and the downward movement begins. cycle work.
6. Instructions for use
1. The differential pressure switch should be installed in a ventilated, dry, easy-to-observe location without interference from moving mechanisms around it.
2. The differential pressure switch is installed at the end of the main pipe of the terminal-type two-line centralized lubrication system, and a two-line distributor must be installed behind it to prevent the grease in the differential pressure switch from aging, deteriorating, and solidifying to affect sensitivity.
3. After wiring the travel switch, adjust the contact bridge to the neutral position and tighten the screws.
