For a distributor with a travel switch adjustment device, the oil supply volume can be adjusted from zero to the rated oil supply volume, and a signal can be sent through the travel switch to control the oil supply status of the lubrication point. There is a control piston and a working piston in the piston holes connected to every two lubrication points of the double-line distributor. The two oil inlets are connected to two oil supply pipes 3a and 3b respectively. When one oil supply pipe is pressurized When, the other one is unloaded. As shown in the figure above, the grease delivered by the pump enters the upper end of the distributor control piston through the oil supply pipe 3a, and the control piston first moves downward (at this time, the grease squeezed from the lower end of the control piston enters the unloaded oil supply Pipe 3b), so that the upper chamber of the working piston is connected with the upper chamber of the control piston, and then the working piston moves downward. At this time, the grease squeezed by the working piston is forced to the oil outlet 6 through the annular groove of the control piston. lubrication point to complete the periodic lubrication action. Switch to the oil supply pipe 3b to start the second cycle of oil supply. The distributor piston performs the aforementioned actions in reverse in the same sequence, and the oil outlet 5 discharges grease.

6. Instructions for use
1. When used in dusty, humid and harsh environments, a protective cover should be provided.
2. The dual-line distributor is preferably installed in parallel in the system. The fuel supply pipe and distributor can be connected on the left or right side. Secondly, if the series installation method is used, the two G3/ 8 Remove the screw plug, and the maximum number of series connections is not allowed to exceed two; if necessary, they can be installed in parallel and in series.
3. The oil supply volume of the distributor (SSPQ1) brought to the oil screw cannot be adjusted. The oil supply volume can only be changed by selecting oil supply screws with different oil supply indexes.
4. For a distributor with a motion indication adjustment device (SSP Q2 type), the oil supply amount should be adjusted by rotating the adjustment screw of the limiter with the indicator rod retracted, and adjusting the maximum and minimum oil supply according to the actual needs of the lubrication point. Adjust within the oil volume range.
5. For the distributor (SSPQ3) with a travel switch adjustment device, the oil supply amount should also be adjusted with the indicator rod retracted, and adjusted as needed.
6. When the number of oil supply ports becomes an odd number, remove the screws between the corresponding oil outlets and seal the unused oil outlet with a G1/4 screw plug. The upper and lower oil outlets are connected and the piston moves forward and reverse. All oil is supplied from this oil outlet.
7. To facilitate disassembly, the pipe from the distributor to the lubrication point is bent at 90° or a ferrule type joint is used.
8. The installation surface with the distributor should be smooth and flat, and the installation bolts should not be over-tightened to avoid deformation during use and affecting normal operation.
9. SSP Q1 and SS PQ2 type distributors are recommended to use GB70-85 M6×50 screws for installation and fixation. SSP Q3 type distributor requires a 30mm backing plate between the mounting surfaces and use GB70-85 special screws M6×85 for installation and fixation.
7. Common faults and troubleshooting
1. The distributor does not operate.
Check whether there is pressure oil delivery in the oil supply pipe; whether the lubrication points are blocked, whether the oil supply pipe is flattened; whether impurities enter the distributor and cause the piston hole to become rough, etc., and then find out and eliminate them.
2. There is oil leakage at the indicating rod of the motion indicating adjustment device.
Remove the limiter body and replace the oil seal. It may be that the oil seal is aging or exceeds the specified operating environment temperature. Find out and replace it.
8. Ordering Instructions
1. For distributors with oil supply screws (SSPQ1 type), the oil supply index must be indicated in the order of each pair of oil outlets. If not specified, the oil supply index will be supplied as 1.
2. The distributor (SSPQ3 type) with a limit switch adjustment device has only one limit switch adjustment device for each piece. If there are special needs, each pair of oil outlets can be equipped with one, and the number must be indicated. Order separately.
3. For distributors with an odd number of oil outlets, the position of the unused oil outlet must be indicated in the order of each pair of oil outlets. If not specified, the supply will be based on the right upper oil outlet plug.
4. If the distributor is installed and used with an ambient temperature >80°C, it must be specified in the order contract so that high-temperature resistant oil seals can be provided during supply.
