1. Overview
SGQ series two-line oil feeder is suitable for use in a two-line dry oil centralized lubrication system with a nominal pressure of 10 MPa as a metering oil supply device. Under the action of the alternating oil supply pressure of the two oil supply pipes, the oil supply pressure drives the piston to supply oil, thereby completing the function of quantitatively distributing grease to each lubrication point.
SGQ double-line oil feeder has two structural forms: one-way oil discharge and two-way oil discharge. The oil feeder with one-way oil discharge only has a lower oil supply hole. When the piston discharges oil forward and backward, grease is supplied from the lower oil supply hole to the lubrication point; the oil feeder with two-way oil discharge has upper and lower oil supply holes, and the piston When draining oil in forward and reverse directions, grease is alternately supplied to the lubrication points from the upper and lower oil supply holes. The working condition of the oil feeder can be directly observed from the movement of the indicator rod.Process lubrication, you can also easily adjust the oil supply amount of each oil supply port within the specified range by adjusting the screw.

The medium used is grease (NLGI 0# ~ 2#) with a cone penetration of not less than 265 (25℃, 150g) 1/10mm, and the working environment temperature is -10℃ ~ 80℃.

1. The specified media must be used in the specified environment.
2. When used in dusty, humid and harsh environments, a dust cover should be added.
3. The two oil inlets of the oil feeder are connected to the two oil supply pipes respectively, and both sides are connected. When the oil inlet on one side is not in use, it should be blocked with an R3/8 screw plug.
4. The parallel installation method of the oil feeder in the system is preferred, and the oil supply pipe and distributor can be connected on the left or right side; the second is the series installation method, and the maximum number of series connections is not allowed to exceed three.
5. To adjust the oil supply amount, first unscrew the locking screw on the limiter, and then adjust the adjusting screw. The oil supply amount can be adjusted within the range of large and small oil supply amounts according to the actual needs of the lubrication point. The adjustment should be carried out with the indicator rod retracted, and the locking screw should be tightened after the adjustment.
6. The screw plugs at both ends of the oil feeder piston are not allowed to be disassembled; if there is leakage, tighten the screw plugs or replace them with new sealing rings.
7. If the number of lubrication points of the machine is an odd number, you can remove the dividing component in any of the lower oil outlets, and then use a screw plug to block the upper oil outlets, and you can use it.
6. Common troubleshooting
1. The oiler does not operate.
Check whether there is pressure oil delivery in the oil supply pipe, whether the unloading oil pipe is smooth, whether the lubrication point is blocked, whether impurities enter the oil feeder and cause the piston hole to become rough, etc., and then find out and eliminate them.
2. There is oil leakage at the limiter indicator rod.
Remove the limiter body, check whether the sealing ring has been used for too long or exceeds the specified operating environment temperature, and replace the sealing ring after finding out.
7. Ordering Instructions
If the oil feeder is installed and used with an ambient temperature >80°C, it must be specified in the order contract so that high-temperature resistant sealing rings can be supplied.
