1. Overview
YZF-J4 pressure control valve is a signaling device that directly converts pressure difference signals into electrical signals. It is specially used to control the direction of the reversing valve. It is installed on an electric terminal type two-line dry oil tank with a nominal pressure of 10MPa. The ends of the two main oil supply pipelines of the centralized lubrication system.
5. Working principle
The valve body and travel switch of the pressure control valve are installed on a base plate.Dry thin oil lubricationUnder the action of pressure, grease enters the left (right) cavity of the valve body from the main pipe, and at this time the right (left) cavity is unloaded. Once the pressure difference between the two main pipelines reaches 3.5~4.5MPa, the piston moves to the right (left) against the action of the spring force, closing the contacts of the travel switch and sending out a signal to control the reversal of the solenoid valve. Otherwise, the piston moves in the reverse direction. Complete a cycle of work.
6. Instructions for use
1. The pressure control valve should be installed in a ventilated, dry, easy-to-observe location without interference from moving mechanisms.
2. The pressure control valve is installed at the end of the two main oil supply lines.
3. A lubricator must be installed after the pressure control valve to renew the grease in the valve.
