The DBZ-63 single-line dry oil pump is suitable for lubrication points with long lubrication cycles or dispersed equipment. It directly adds grease through the oil injection gun. It is especially suitable for transportation machinery and equipment in ports and terminals.

1. This type of single-line dry oil pump should be installed in a place where the ambient temperature is suitable, there is little dust, and it is convenient for grease filling, adjustment, inspection, maintenance, etc.

2. Add 1 liter of No. 50 mechanical oil into the reduction gearbox before use.

3. To replenish grease into the oil reservoir, you must use the SJB-D60 manual refueling pump or the DJB-200 electric refueling pump, and add it from the refueling port of the oil reservoir. When there is no grease in the oil reservoir, it is strictly prohibited to start the dry oil pump.

4. Connect the motor according to the direction of rotation on the motor fan cover, and do not reverse it.

5. The filter at the oil filler port should be cleaned regularly.

6. The pressure regulating valve on the pump body can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0 to 10MPa. It is not allowed to exceed the nominal pressure of the pump by 10MPa during use.

7. When the pressure of the pump fluctuates and the oil supply is abnormal, you can unscrew the bleed screw on the pump body. After the air is discharged and the grease overflows normally, you can tighten the bleed screw.

8. The single-line dry oil pump should be kept clean at all times. It is strictly forbidden to remove the cover and replenish grease to prevent dirt from entering the pump body and affecting normal operation.
