1. Conditions of use
This manual lubrication pump is a small lubrication pump that is operated by manpower to pull the handle and discharge grease. It can be directly installed on the wall plate or frame of the machine. Combined with the dual-line oil feeder, it forms a manual terminal centralized lubrication system.
It is suitable for single-machine small equipment with low lubrication frequency (generally lubrication interval is more than 8 hours), piping (D N20) length does not exceed 35 meters, and lubrication points do not exceed 50 points. It is used as a dry oil centralized lubrication system to supply grease. device.
2. Technical parameters
The medium used is grease with a cone penetration of not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm. The working environment temperature is 0~40℃.
3. Working principle
The grease supply of the manual lubrication pump is realized by manually pulling the handle and driving the oil pressure plunger 2 with a rack through the pinion 1 to make reciprocating motion. When the plunger is at the right end limit position (as shown in the figure on the right), the volume of the oil chamber at the left end increases to form a vacuum, so the grease in the oil storage cylinder enters the oil chamber at the left end under the action of the atmosphere and piston pressure. When the plunger moves to the left, the squeezed grease pushes up the check valve 4 and enters the oil delivery main pipe II through the reversing valve. At this time, the volume of the oil chamber at the right end of the plunger gradually increases, and the grease is sucked into the plunger. When moving back to the right, the oil chamber filled with grease gradually becomes smaller, thus squeezing the grease, opening the one-way valve 3 and flowing into the delivery main pipe II through the reversing valve. The direction change during the oil supply process is realized through the reversing valve 6. When the reversing valve handle is pulled out, the grease is discharged from the main oil pipe II; when the reversing valve handle is pushed in, the grease is discharged from the main oil pipe I.

5. Model description
6. Operation method
1. Push the reversing valve handle to the extreme position and supply oil to the main line I.
2. The swing handle moves forward and backward, and the pointer of the pressure gauge fluctuates, which proves that the system oiler has oiling action.
3. The pressure value indicated by the pressure gauge on the pump rises and remains stable, proving that all oil feeders in the system are fully operational.
4. Operate the handle of the reversing valve to change direction to supply oil to the main line II, and operate according to 2.3.
5. Reverse the reversing valve, relieve the pipeline pressure, and prepare for the next cycle. Move the handle to the vertical position.
7. Instructions for use
1. The manual lubrication pump should be installed vertically. There should be space above and around the pump for the indicator rod to rise and for grease refilling. When it needs to be used outdoors or in harsh environments, it should be placed in a protective cover.
2. Fill the oil storage tankProcess lubricationGrease must be added from the filling port of the lubrication pump using a dedicated manual or electric filling pump.
3. The filter at the pump filling port should be inspected and cleaned regularly.
4. Do not operate the handle if there is no grease in the oil reservoir; grease should be replenished in time when lowering the oil level to avoid inhaling air.
