3. Working principle and structural characteristics
The main feature of the double high-pressure and high (low) pressure thin oil station is that one set of thin oil stations has two high-pressure output pipelines, which can meet the needs of two high-pressure lubrication points. The other features are the same as ordinary high (low) pressure thin oil stations.
Each high-pressure output pipeline is equipped with a pressure gauge and a pressure controller to control the pressure of each high-pressure pipeline and observe the working conditions.
The components of this product are also the same as those of ordinary high (low) pressure thin oil stations; it only has one more high-pressure oil pump, and the suction ports of the two high-pressure oil pumps are connected to the oil supply ports of the low-pressure pumps; when both high-pressure pumps are started, It is necessary to suck 5L/min of lubricating oil from the low-pressure oil supply port. For those with a small flow rate of the low-pressure pump, the low-pressure oil supply pressure may be reduced when starting the high-pressure pump. For systems where the lubricating oil is supplied to the same bearing, The total amount of lubricating oil in the bearings has not been reduced and will not affect the lubrication of the bearings; however, when the high-pressure pump is started, the reduction in low-pressure pressure may cause the backup low-pressure pump to be temporarily started. This situation will not affect the normal operation of the lubrication system; however, When using the standby working mode in which two low-pressure pumps switch to each other, the lubrication system may not be able to work normally if the flow rate of the standby pump still does not meet the requirements after the working pump stops. Therefore, attention should be paid to this situation when selecting a low-pressure pump with a smaller flow rate.
