1. Conditions of use
The rotary kiln supporting wheel should be installed parallel to the center line of the kiln body. The kiln body is placed at an angle and has a tendency to slide under its own weight. A hydraulic thrust wheel hydraulic station is used to make the kiln body move at the expected speed (generally about 2 to 3 mm /h) forced upward movement and controlled downward movement, thereby effectively ensuring uniform contact and wear between the tire belt and the supporting wheel, thereby saving the workload of adjusting the supporting wheel.
The normal up and down stroke of the hydraulic gear wheel is ±10 mm. When the up and down stroke reaches 15 mm, an alarm signal should be issued. When the up and down stroke reaches the limit stroke (±30 mm), the main motor should be stopped immediately. Power supply allows a small change of ±2mm in the above control stroke by adjusting the position of the limit switch.

4. Working principle
The NC-14 gear wheel hydraulic station is a power device that controls the movement of the hydraulic gear wheel of the rotary kiln. Its working principle is shown in the figure below:
When the kiln body moves down 25mm away from the zero position (that is, the center line of the stop wheel equipped with the travel switch coincides with the center line of the wheel belt),Process lubricationA contact in the travel switch box acts, the oil pump 4 starts, the electromagnetic induction coil A of the reversing valve 16 is connected, and the pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder through the left position of the reversing valve and the speed regulating valve 15. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder piston is in the pressure oil Under the action of the kiln, the blocking wheel is pushed to force the kiln body to move upward.
When the kiln body moves up to the upper limit, a contact in the stroke switch box acts, the oil pump 4 stops, the electromagnetic induction coil B of the reversing valve 16 is connected, and the oil in the hydraulic cylinder passes through the speed regulating valve 13 and the reversing valve. 16 returns to the oil tank in the right position, and the kiln body moves down by its own weight. When it moves down to the lower limit, a contact in the travel switch box acts, the electromagnetic induction coil B of the reversing valve 16 is disconnected, the oil pump 4 starts, and the reversing valve 16 The electromagnetic induction coil A is turned on, and the hydraulic cylinder piston pushes the gear wheel under the action of pressure oil to force the kiln body to move upward.
If the kiln body moves up or down to the extreme position under abnormal circumstances, the contacts in the travel switch box will act, an alarm will sound, and the electromagnetic reversing valve will change direction.
